• The journal of the almighty lord of deals. Bound in leather, high quality pages. Magically marked so he can find it with ease as it would look like nothing more than a ledger to others. Anyone with magic sight could notice it, whether they do it intentionally or not.

  • The cabin girl

    Over the course of three months I had obtained and negotiated with a theatre troupe of sorts. The Bizarre Wonders or something like that. There was a rather unique girl, Charlotte, I took to be my cabin girl as part of the arrangement. She had changed the whole atmosphere of the ship and among her many talents, she made the journey enjoyable.
    
    There was the odd hiccup, but this person had touched me dearly. It was a mournful day we parted ways and I can only hope she has been well and will continue to be.

  • Strange Tides

    The isle of Sin seems to have been robbed of the soul it once had, but the realms seem to be opening doors he never dreamed before. Seems time bends here but everything seems to find it's place eventually

  • The Demon, Witch, Dragon, and Shit

    *Small bits of diamonds lay across the paper, tiny flecks fell into the fibers of the pages, staining them with their shimmering wealth*
    
    The other day I found Callan, the dragon, on the ground, apparently the fool fell out of a tree. No big surprise really, heavy bastard, surprised he made it into a tree! Well, guess it does make sense, given that the thing fell ON him! But I saved his damned life, bastard barely thanked me!
    
    It took a lot of me to save him though, needed Rama's energy as a base, need to be in contact with this soul, his inner being. I hate to admit it, but him, and his people are truly beautiful. I do wish they still live in some remote corner of the world. It was all going well, until Walker, that Shit! Nearly killed me and Rama! Fucking waste of flesh! Is it any wonder my realm stays away from his inbred realm of savages! Fucking morons the lot of them!

  • The cost of satisfaction

    Today I found myself at Rama's isle once more, I need less free time it seems. It also seems that, she is with child. Shit's child! How pathetic, my possession tarnished by that useless rag! To make matters worse, I was brutalized by that draconic asshole!
    
    Rama doesn't seem to know about her child, but Callan also didn't tell her, pathetic child, I know he was hurt by my words, as he is so easily wounded by his heart! He hid it well, but I know I hit my mark!
    
    I must return to my realm, need to attend to some business there.

    Ran into the royal smith, he took a small satchel of gems from me, a hefty price for a small project, but it's good to know they will stay together this time!

  • *The scribbled writing is too scratched to read*

    *The text is mostly frantic writing and scribbled messes. There appear to be stains from ale, wine, and a slaves alcohol that is slightly better than piss dotting and dripping the pages. Perhaps a tear mark or two laid about, but perhaps they were sweat marks from the intense drinking. He will never admit anything*

  • Irony at it's finest

    I recently stumbled upon a monk. He was playing an enchanting tune in the jungle this day and I approached him. He was accompanied by a lesser demon. For the destruction of the pathetic thing the monk offered himself up to me. Of course I accepted.
    
    He was a slave no less, which is strange for a 'holy man' but regardless I needed to go through the paperwork after placing my mark upon him.
    
    I am sure his music would be a great pleasure as long as he keeps up his studies!

  • The Witch and Demon

    I had found Rama again, she had become unbound and her chaos consumed her. I wasn't sure what had happened but it distresses her, which upsets me for some reason. She had been wearing this magic repressing collar. I was worried for her life so I had... used one of my forms to help her, some may say my 'true' form, and perhaps it was. I never wanted to show her that..
    
    She had mentioned the destruction of a village because of her magic, it filled her with sorrow. I tried to comfort her but, I doubt it was of use. I convinced her to make a pact with me, we are in a way, one. She is now part demon, her control should be enhanced, she should be able to control her lycanthropy, without an issue, for my blood now runs through her veins.
    
    She can summon me at any moment, which gives me a certain intrigue and wonderment. Of course she can always just talk through it as well. She said she would show me her home at one point. I hope to see it one day, I cannot say I fully understand these thoughts.. but only time will show me the way.

  • The red tipped feline

    I had been pursuing a certain young lady for a little while now, she has a very nice coloring for her markings which have enticed me to a certain degree. She used to be a slave and now works as some kind of provider to one she calls 'The Lady'. Much respect is held for this 'Lady' but as to how far it goes I cannot be sure, more research required on her.
    
    For now however, I may have proven my worth to her, she goes by Mailin, rather spirited, I enjoy her company. There is a certain.. appeal to her. All natural, professional, and most importantly, wanting. We had dined together for breakfast a little time following a most unfortunate attack brought on by her tongue, and by a very un-thankful slave. Left her face poisoned and droopy. I offered her help but she never accepted it, much to my dismay.
    
    Back to the point, our meal. We were to be accompanied by one other, a slave. But they had disappeared before introducing themselves to me. It was a fine meal, I enjoyed it, wasn't the greatest, but you cannot have the golden touch for food, or there would be nothing to eat! We talked and dined, enjoyed our company. She calls me 'deal maker' fitting enough I agree, but odd she does not use my name, perhaps I discomfort her?
    
    Regardless, for now I will continue my efforts to win her over, if nothing else, for a fine breakfast companion. She does make pleasant company, to say the very least!

  • Chaos

    During an excursion away from the crew I happened upon an interesting witch. She was laden with chaos energy, it messed with my psyche. I was not myself, I must adjust myself accordingly next time we meet. And yet.. Her chaos has a certain allure. I have never met one so gifted with chaos and yet so untapped.
    
    She told me of herself, and slowly she opened up to me, unfortunately due to my (from here on it is not referred to as 'drunken') drunken state, I may have pushed too hard and ruined things. It complexes me why this bothers me so.
    
    I cannot believe I offered her a cure-all for free! Damn it all! I was drunk alright, but I cannot allow that again. I must reign in the chaos and not allow that again. I told her of the ship and to come whenever she chooses. I informed the crew that no harm will come to her when/if she appears. No one else wants to be cursed as Mr.Piddles is now. He is a constant reminder that my power is infinite and terrifying to disobey. That being said, I need to tell him to keep a mop and bucket with him at all times. The men keep complaining of slipping around.
    
    Honestly as she departed I had known I had blown my chance, but hopefully she didn't notice the destruction. Thankfully I was sane enough to conjure illusions to destroy. Although my yells did kill a few animals.. that was unintentional.

  • The first step

    This day I met with a slave girl, a young husky that goes by Lily. She is a strange one, most would over look her for her blank slate mind and body frame. But to me she is the beginning of a new empire. The start of my rise to power in The Isles.
    
    I had purchased her after our meeting, and a couple tests. But it was all worth it. She has received my sigil and now she is mine. Annoyingly however I had to obtain her slave papers, which was just a nuisance. She will make a fine addition to my harem. Much to her surprise, I did not bed her during the meeting.
    
    She told me of her past though and why she was here. Perhaps a certain Uncle needs to be paid a visit. With a crew of loyal pirates I have no reason to get my hands dirty, and they have been getting rowdy.. We will see where this path takes me, for now, I must buy her a custom dress, as per our agreement.

• Dealt's Sigil Pirates

  Dealt walked into the portside pub, taking in a deep breath through his nostrils the scent of surly pirate men was heavy in the air a foul stink to be sure, but profitable. He frequented these kinds of places quite often, there was always someone looking for something, treasure, women, luck, weapons, there was always a valued customer in waiting, whether they knew it or not. He sat alone in the darkened corner, near a loud mouthed captain, shouting his success and damning the royal navy for hounding his ass across the seas. A smile crept across Dealt’s face; he finally found his catch of the night. Tavern wench approached him and he requested the finest swill for the pirate captain over there.
  
  After paying his fee, he pulled his cowl over his face, allowing the darkness to hide his face, his amber gold eyes shining out from the darkness would give the bravest men the creeps, all he had to do was wait. It took only minutes before the captain in all his bravado approached him, Dealt’s hand slowly crept to his knife, he could never be too careful. The captain sat down across from Dealt, the captain tried to hide the sudden chill of the golden amber staring into his soul.
  
  “Now then, who ‘ave I ‘ere to thank for the generous gift of swill?” The captain’s mouth flapped, his cocky smart ass smile returning. Dealt just stared at him before making his move. “Me. Now I am no one of importance but I couldn’t help but notice you seem to have some issues with the navy.” Dealt sat up, eyes shining, slowly shifting into their charismatic silver, the change of lighting would reveal his grin, he always had a hard time keeping his excitement hidden. The captains face grew solemn and stern, business like you might say. “Aye, but what be it to ye? I captain my band of pirates and not once have the navy stopped my vessel!” The captain wasn’t stupid, but wasn’t all the bright neither, which only enticed Dealt more. “Well my dear captain..” A moment’s pause as he came up with his arrangement, his eyes fully donning their silvery hue. “I have a proposition for you. A deal in other words.” A casual toss of his hands into the air, showing his relaxedness around this pirate and his band. The captain leaned a bit forward. “A deal y’say? What kind of deal? What could y’e have that I would need?” His curiosity growing more and more. “Well, for starters, more riches, how about a little luck? Luck enough to say.. escape the navy? Always have the wind at your sails perhaps? You name it, and it’s yours!” Dealt returned to his leaned back position, he knew pirates and their greed, there is nothing the pirate wouldn’t want. The captain scratched at his chin. “Hmmm… No more navy?” “Nope” Dealt replied swiftly. “More riches you say?” Of course” Dealt’s casual seemingly uncaring tone only hid his true excitement. “Prove this luck to me, how lucky can you be?” Dealt smiled, he had him. “The luckiest of course! Give me a coin, and I will call it ten out of ten times!” The captain quickly handed him a coin from his satchel. Dealt made sure it wasn’t rigged.
  
  “Now! For your viewing pleasure! I declare that this coin shall be heads every time I flip it!” He shouted for the whole pub to hear. Preparing the coin for the flips, he would flip and show ten times, and ten times heads appeared. The whole pub marveled at his achievement and the captain was convinced. “Fair enough lad. Now I want it all, riches, luck, victory. What will be my price?” Dealt smiled. “Well firstly, I will need to be aboard your ship, and I need your promise no harm will come to me.” Done.” The captain grinned greed in his eyes. “Secondly, I will take a portion of everything, a portion of my choosing, no greater than thirty percent of all loot.” The captain grew discontent. “That be a large amount boy, this luck of yours better be worth it.” “Oh of course my dear captain! But I also demand first pick of all slaves, wenches, and others we pick up.” The captain growled “Your starting to go to far boy!” He slowly reached for his cutlass which he had kept hidden. A rainbow of gems adorned it’s pommel, the guard made of gold. Dealt only smiled, he found something else he wanted now, but that would have to wait. “Fair enough captain, I will limit myself to only one, but retain first pick. But I also retain my right to practice my crafts at my own discretion.” The captain calmed and seemed to accept that. “What crafts boy? Will they be of help?” Dealt burst out laughing and quickly contained himself. “You have my word captain, my craft will be of the utmost help!” The captain smiled and laughed calling for more drinks. “Ye have a deal!” “Perfect! Now if you wouldn't mind shaking on it.” Dealt offered his hand to the captain, who took it quickly. The moment the clasped each other’s hand, A sigil of exchange appeared on the captain’s hand. “This is the mark of our deal captain, you hold up your end, I hold up mine!” The captain stared at the mark but nodded.
  
  The night was drawn out with drinking and merriment, Dealt only smiled. He finally had a ship. Dealt was treated as first mate and spent many months with the crew, using his magic and skills to deftly dodge the navy using his illusions or shifting the wind into their sails. He bestowed his luck upon the crew, the crew suffered less losses, healed faster, found more loot, and bedded many more women. Dealt occasionally chose a woman from their captives. He smiled at their fear. He watched the other brigands pillage and rape many villages, but he was better. Luring them into his chambers their fear made him smirk. He would throw them onto his bed, they were too afraid to move, and his height intimidated most men, the defenseless woman were lost before it even began. He would whisper into their ears “Do not worry, there is nothing to fear” He only had one moment of weakness, and he never felt the urge much since. His need to bed helpless woman never really existed. He would usually lull them to sleep and share his bed. To his disappointment, a few tried to kill him in his sleep, those ones needed to be removed. The woman were chained and eventually sold. Dealt took care of ‘his chosen’ however. They were all given luck, and sold to good owners who treated them more as wives than slaves. He didn't do this for free. Every woman was marked, for life. They were his property, but they consented to it. He offered a better shot at life, if they offered their servitude. He gave protection, they gave their freedom. A sigil of ownership would be placed, and never removed until he chose to, if he did. Some would offer themselves as thanks. His need for control would dominate and accept the odd few.
  
  Over a couple years of pirating, with the crew Dealt had begun to lose interest and his plan was nearing fruition. Since he began on the ship he had been making deals with the crew, behind the captains back. Usually for simple things, such as luck, virility, health, sometimes for better equipment of both the organic and inorganic types. All he asked was for their undying loyalty to him. Everyone had a price, and everyone accepted. First there was Dealt’s harem, and now his personal band of pirates. All branded with his sigil for life, or maybe longer. One morning the ordered his crew to fly the new flag. A black flag with the sigil of ownership as it’s marker. The captain came out his cabin and started to get furious over the changes. He charged at Dealt frothing from the mouth drawing his sword muttering gibberish and swearing profusely. Dealt turned his back to him. “I own the crew now, and now this is my ship. I have tired of serving you, so now I will lead.” The captain swung his sword and sliced Dealt across his lower back. The sigil on the captains hand burst into flame and burnt itself off causing the captain to drop his sword clutching his hand. Dealt wasn’t cut badly but a fire raged in his eyes. He turned and grabbed the sword piercing it through the captains skull. He withdrew the sword from the skull and took the sheath for it. Tying it to his waist. He was finally captain. “Toss him over board and set sail! For the Isles of Delight! You have all earned a treat!” With a thunderous roar his pirates looted then tossed the body over board and set sail for their destination.
